  Once you have a domain, all traffic/visitors will see it in their URL/browser bar. They will never see simplwebsite.com.

• What powers Simplweb sites?

  We use a customized version of an award winning open source content management system called Joomla. Open source software is free. You can grab a copy yourself at joomla.org and install it. We are not selling Joomla, we are selling a complete service that will help you create a successful website. Joomla is just one part of that complex equation.

• Can I have a custom design?

  Yes, very easily. Because we use Joomla, you can find and use any free, commercial or custom template that is for Joomla 1.5. There are thousands of templates available for Joomla, and hundreds of designers that can create custom designs. Simply email it to us and we'll install it on your site.

• If I cancel my subscription, can I take my site and data?

  We'd like to think that our service is such that you'll learn to depend on it. But if you do find you need to find another solution, we can arrange for your site to be exported and packaged to move elsewhere. There will be a modest fee associated with this. Your site includes software and extensions that is licensed on a per site basis.
